Microsoft 365 in Uganda: Frequently Asked Questions
How much does Microsoft 365 cost in Uganda?
Pricing depends on the plan, the number of users and whether you pay monthly or annually. Microsoft 365 is licensed per user, so you only pay for the people who need it. Send us your user count and we will send a quotation in UGX or USD.
Which Microsoft 365 plan is right for my business?
Business Basic suits staff who mainly need email, Teams and web apps. Business Standard adds the desktop Office apps. Business Premium adds advanced security and device management. Business plans cover up to 300 users; larger organisations use Enterprise plans. We often mix plans to keep costs down.
Can you move our existing email to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We migrate email, contacts and calendars from Gmail, Google Workspace, cPanel hosting and on-site Exchange servers, and we schedule the switch-over to avoid downtime.
Are the licences you supply genuine?
Yes. All licences are genuine Microsoft subscriptions, registered to your organisation and managed in your own Microsoft 365 admin centre.
How long does Microsoft 365 setup take?
A small office can usually be set up and migrated within a few days. Larger organisations are planned in phases. We give you a clear timeline with your quotation.
Do you provide support after setup?
Yes. We provide ongoing support by phone, WhatsApp and remote access, plus help with adding users, managing licences and security.
