IT Operations Specialist

Full time
Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and applications). Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain system backups, security, and disaster recovery procedures. Oversee installation, configuration, and updates of hardware/software. Ensure ICT policies, standards, and best practices are followed. Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly. Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT support. Qualifications & Experience: Courses in IT, Certificate, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL) are an added advantage. At least 1 years of experience in IT systems administration and support. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms. IT Desktop Support

Temporary, full time,
Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to staff for computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices. Troubleshoot system, application, and network issues. Assist in setting up user accounts, emails, and access permissions. Ensure proper backup, security, and compliance with IT policies. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors. Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk. Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, MS Office, and basic networking. Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
