First, we review your current systems, data and budget, and we choose the right cloud model for you.

  2. Migrate

Next, we move your email, files and applications in planned stages, with minimal downtime.

  3. Secure & train

Then we secure your environment and train your staff, so everyone is confident from day one.

  4. Monitor & optimise

Finally, we monitor performance and costs every month and keep improving your setup.

Is the cloud right for you?

Choose the right cloud model for your organisation

Most organisations benefit from the cloud. However, every business is different. For this reason, we start with a free consultation and recommend the model that fits your needs.

Public cloud

Services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, shared securely across Microsoft’s global data centres. Fast to start and cost-effective.

Private cloud

Dedicated resources for one organisation, ideal where you need extra control over sensitive systems.

Hybrid cloud

Keep some systems on-site and move the rest to the cloud. A practical first step for many Ugandan businesses.

FAQ

Cloud computing in Uganda: frequently asked questions

What is cloud computing?

Cloud computing means using software, storage and servers over the internet instead of on computers in your own office. Providers such as Microsoft run the hardware in secure data centres, and you pay for what you use.

How much does cloud computing cost in Uganda?

The cost depends on the number of users, the amount of storage and the services you need. Because you pay monthly per user or per resource, there is no large upfront investment. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.

Is my data safe in the cloud?

Yes, when it is set up correctly. We configure multi-factor authentication, encryption, Microsoft Defender and automatic backups, and we align your setup with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

How long does a cloud migration take?

A small office can often move email and files to Microsoft 365 within a few days. Larger migrations of servers and applications are planned in stages over a few weeks to keep downtime to a minimum.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Tools such as OneDrive and Outlook keep working offline and sync when you reconnect. For critical sites, we also recommend a backup internet link and, where needed, a hybrid setup.

Do you support schools, NGOs and small businesses?

Yes. We work with schools, clinics, NGOs, SMEs and larger organisations across Uganda, and we tailor each cloud solution to your size and budget.
